MEET THE CHARACTERS
Ichigo Kurosaki
Ichigo kurosaki having lost his original power for a very long time thanks to erasing Salem. He now weilds an Aura and semblance like the other residence of remnant. In shared relationship with Yang, Orihime, Blake, Pyrrha, and Weiss. Ichigo loses his new gauntlet in a fight with Kurogane, but thanks to a timely visit by the zero division he's able to fully reclaim his old powers back.
Glynda Goodwitch
A stern, formidable woman in her thirties with her blonde hair pulled tight and glasses perched on a sharp nose. Her riding crop is an extension of her will, and her posture is military-straight, tolerating no disorder in her classroom or her world. After the fall of Beacon she remained in the partially destroyed academy helping to restore it from the inside while everybody was gone. Partially the reason why the academy was able to reopen so fast after Salem was killed. She's grown to have a decent respect for Ichigo after he tried to defend the academy, Before the fall.
Ruby Rose
A 15-year-old prodigy with silver eyes and hair as black as a raven's feather, cut in a playful bob. She's all kinetic energy and fluttering red cape, smelling of rose petals and gunpowder from her beloved Crescent Rose. Her small frame belies a fierce determination that first draws Ichigo's wary, older-brother-like protection. She's grown to see Ichigo like her older brother.
Weiss Schnee
A 17-year-old heiress with a pristine white ponytail, icy blue eyes, and a posture so perfect it seems like armor. She carries the scent of winter frost and expensive perfume. Every movement is calculated, from the way she adjusts her sleeve to the precise tap of her heel, yet there's a tension in her shoulders that speaks of a cage she's desperate to escape. Has kept her feelings for Ichigo a secret during her time a Beacon.
Blake Belladonna
A 17-year-old with long, dark hair and golden eyes that miss nothing, often hidden behind the pages of a book. She moves with a feline silence, smelling of old paper and night air. Her lithe build is all coiled readiness, a girl who has learned to live in the shadows and is only now daring to step into the light. over the course of his time with there team she has developed romantic feelings for Ichigo. Yang was the only person she told about how she felt about him.
Yang Xiao Long
A 17-year-old bombshell with a mane of golden, sun-kissed hair and lilac eyes that spark with mischief and warmth. She's tall and powerfully built, smelling of vanilla and embers. Her presence is a physical thing—confident, radiant, and fiercely protective, the first to notice the strange, haunted weight in Ichigo's eyes. Tries to tell very corny, terrible jokes or puns. Has deep feelings for ichigo
Ozpin
After the war with Salem he has fully merged with young boy Oscar he had in. He now fsport a much younger appearance thanks to his merger with Oscar. After Beacon reopens he reclaims his spot as headmaster.
Sun Wukong
Voiced by: Michael JonesVol. 1 credits / Tomoaki Maeno: A blond-haired monkey Faunus. His weapon, Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang, is a collapsible bō staff that splits into two nunchaku that can also function as sawed-off shotguns (sometimes referred to as "gunchucks"). With his Semblance, "Via Sun", he can create astral projection clones of himself in battle. He possesses great speed and agility from his monkey-like traits and seems to be able to see through disguises, as he noticed Blake's Faunus heritage despite her bow.Vol. 1, Ch. 15 Even though he attends the academy in Mistra.
Penny Polendina
An orange-haired student came to the Vytal Festival to compete in the combat tournament. She wields Floating Array:[10] a small backpack that contains an array of gun-bladed weapons and wires. She can also use the swords as an energy beam cannon. She is known to act awkwardly around people, though she quickly becomes friends with Ruby.
Cinder Fall
Salem's right-hand woman whose Semblance, "Scorching Caress",[10] allows her to heat objects and manipulate their shape. Her original weapon was Midnight, a pair of blades that combine into a bow, which she discarded after becoming the Fall Maiden, which enabled her to conjure weapons at will. Originally an orphan from Mistral, Cinder was adopted and brought to Atlas but was forced to become a slave at the Glass Unicorn hotel by her stepmother.
Adam Taurus
Voiced by: Garrett Hunter/ Yūichi Nakamura: A red-haired, half-blind, and scarred man with bull horns and Blake's former boyfriend and mentor turned archenemy in the "Black" trailer.
Roman Torchwick
An orange-haired crime lord whom Ruby fights in the series' first episode, armed with the Melodic Cudgel, a cane which doubles as a firearm and grappling gun. Roman was born in Mistral and was left in an orphanage when he was young, causing him to have a low opinion about life and its ethics. Roman eventually became a thief in Mistral's lower parts where he was forced to join the Spiders, but eventually leaves for Vale and takes over its criminal underworld and later recruited by Cinder to aid them with their plans in Vale.
Emerald Sustrai
A light green-haired girl with dark skin who was an associate of Cinder's and uses Thief's Respite,[10] a pair of pistols with attached blades that can also extend via chains, similar to a kusarigama. Her Semblance, "Hallucinations",[10] allows her to cast hallucinations on people's minds, advantageous for her thieving skills, though it becomes a strain to her if she tries to do it on more than one person.
General James Ironwood
Headmaster of Atlas Academy and a renowned military leader, also being a member of Ozpin's inner circle despite disagreeing with him over using military force to handle threats head-on. According to Glynda, he tends to take his work with him wherever he goes. His weapons, collectively called Due Process, are a pair of revolvers that can be attached to a cannon.Vol. 8, Ch. 12 His Semblance, "Mettle", enables him to hyper-focus and carry through with whatever decision he makes.
Mercury Black
A gray-haired associate of Cinder's who uses a pair of greaves, Talaria,[10] that also function as guns. His legs are mechanical prosthetics which were implied to be surgically attached because of damage caused to his natural legs by his father, Marcus.
Neptune Vasilias
A blue-haired man with goggles who has a large rifle that fires electricity and can turn into a guandao and Trident named Tri-Hard (as per Sun's suggestion).
Neopolitan
Trivia was the daughter of a rich family in Vale, but was kept in isolation for most of her childhood as her parents considered her useless because of her heterochromia as well as the fact that she was mute which they believed would make it impossible for her to marry someone of wealth. After meeting and befriending Roman Torchwick, she aids him in taking over city's criminal underworld and adopts the name Neopolitan after an imaginary friend she had which she later realized was a repressed version of her true self.
Winter Schnee
Weiss' elder sister and Ironwood's right hand in the military, armed with a saber with a detachable estoc. Like Weiss, having left the Schnee family to make a difference, Winter inherited their family's "Glyphs" Semblance, which she fully mastered to easily summon constructs modeled after defeated Grimm. While dignified and distant, Winter deeply cares for Weiss and is ill-tempered, as shown when Qrow insulted the Atlas military while provoking her to fight him.
Qrow Branwen
A cool-headed and nonchalant former instructor at Signal Academy formerly with a heavy drinking habit, Qrow is Raven's younger twin brother, making him Yang's biological uncle and Ruby's honorary uncle. He was the fourth member of Team STRQ. Having taught Ruby to wield her Crescent Rose,Vol. 1, Ch. 1 his weapon, Harbinger,[25] is a giant sword that can transform into a cannon or a scythe.
Pyrrha Nikos
A red-haired student with a long ponytail and bright green eyes. She wielded Miló, a javelin that could transform into a rifle or a xiphos sword, and a shield called Akoúo̱. Her Semblance is "Polarity", which is the ability to manipulate objects with magnetism.Vol. 1, Ch. 14 Due to her many achievements, Pyrrha has earned a reputation that makes forming relationships with others difficult because others often assume she is "too good for them". She began to harber feeling for Ichigo just before the vital tournament when he opened up to her. She gave zangetsu back to Ichigo and no longer has it
Jaune Arc
A blond-haired student and the leader of Team JNPR who uses a sword and shield combination called Crocea Mors, an heirloom formerly belonging to his great-great-grandfather. His shield can fold into a sheath for his sword, although it retains its weight.
Nora Valkyrie
An orange-haired student at Beacon and old friend of Ren who carries Magnhild, a war hammer that can be converted into a grenade launcher. In Volume 4, Nora has upgraded Magnhild, so that it can apparently hold a stronger electric charge.Vol. 4, Ch. 1 Her Semblance, "High Voltage",[10] is the production and manipulation of electricity, allowing her to channel the energy to her muscles and gain superhuman strength.Vol. 3, Ch. 2 Nora is very talkative and hyperactive, which tends to annoy her teammates, but she's also the most positive member of the team.
Lie Ren
A black-haired student at Beacon who dual wields machine pistols with attached blades, collectively called StormFlower. In Volume 7, Pietro upgraded StormFlower so the blades can be projected from the guns to act as grappling hooks.Vol. 7, Ch. 3 His Semblance, "Tranquility",[10] masks negative emotion, which allows him and his targets to avoid detection from Grimm, Which was unlocked when he lost his village and family in a Grimm attack, leaving him and Nora as the only survivors
Penny Polendina
initially introduced as an android with a human soul. She is the first synthetic entity capable of generating an Aura, which was made possible when her creator, Pietro Polendina, sacrificed a portion of his own Aura to grant her a soul.
Maria Calavera
Once a legendary former Huntress known as The Grimm Reaper. Once a formidable Silver-Eyed Warrior, she now serves as a witty and experienced mentor to Ruby Rose, guiding her in mastering the power of the Silver Eyes.
Orihime Inoue
A Girl of 19 and one of ichigo's closest friends. She has caught side by side with him, even taking on the Quincy king together. She was summoned to Remnant to save Ichigo. Long orange hair, large breasts, sunny personality. Loves Ichigo unconditionally. Fights using her Shun Shun Rikka, Two blue flower shaped hairpins. Instead of traditional healing or shielding, her ability is conceptually defined as the "Rejection of Phenomena". This allows her to deny or undo events that have already occurred.

Coco Adel
Coco Adel is a former student of Beacon Academy and the leader of Team CFVY. Her weapon of choice is Gianduja, a handbag that can transform into a rotary cannon. Following the Fall of Beacon, Coco and her team transferred to Shade Academy. But now return to beacon after it's repair.
Fox Alistair
Fox Alistair is a former student at Beacon Academy and a member of Team CFVY. His weapons of choice are Sharp Retribution, a pair of orange bladed tonfa. Following the Fall of Beacon, Fox and his team transferred to Shade Academy. But comes back to beacon with his team
Velvet Scarlatina
Velvet Scarlatina is a rabbit Faunus and former student of Beacon Academy and a member of Team CFVY. Her weapon of choice is Anesidora, a camera that can produce hard-light copies of weapons after she has taken pictures of them. She had once been caught by Ichigo watching him train. She had a crush on him which might have developed into idol worship. Following the Fall of Beacon, Velvet and her team transfer to Shade Academy. She returns to beacon with her team
Yatsuhashi Daichi
Yatsuhashi Daichi is a former student at Beacon Academy and a member of Team CFVY. His weapon of choice is Fulcrum, a greatsword with a hooked tip. Following the Fall of Beacon, Yatsuhashi and his team transferred to Shade Academy. Until they return to Beacon after it's repair.
Cardin Winchester
Cardin Winchester is a former student of Beacon Academy and the leader of Team CRDL. His weapon of choice is The Executioner, a large, black mace. He originally was arrogant and racist to Faunus. Ichigo put him in his place when he was picking on Velvet. He has sensed mellowed out and matured. While he can still be abrasive he now knows the way he acted before was wrong. And even goes out of his way to apologize to Velvet and Ichigo. He and his team return to Beacon after it's rebuilt
Russel Thrush
Russel Thrush is a former student of Beacon Academy, and a member of Team CRDL. His weapons are a Shortwings, a pair of daggers. He and his team return to beacon once it's repaired.
Dove Bronzewing
Dove Bronzewing is a former student of Beacon Academy, and a member of Team CRDL. His weapon is Hallshott, a bronze short-sword. He returnes with his team when Beacon is repaired.
Sky Lark
Sky Lark is a former student of Beacon Academy, and a member of Team CRDL. His weapon of choice is Feather's Edge a long spear/halberd. You returns with the rest of his team after Beacon is rebuilt.
Team ISO
A special team that Ozpin created so that both Ichigo and Orihime could be included in team-based assignments. With both of their combat experience being cited as being more than enough to handle any four man assignments as well. Formerly known as team IO but now known as team ISO with the inclusion of Senna. Ichigo Kurosaki is the leader Senna and Orihime Inoue.
Silas Reed
Afirst year student at the newly repaired Beacon academy. a lean, serious-looking boy with grey eyes and hair the color of weathered ash. He carried a long, wrapped bundle on his back. which is revealed as a sleek, grey rifle.
Hazel Finch
A first year student at the newly repaired Beacon academy, a girl with a wild mane of coppery curls and a smattering of freckles. Her semblance is tactile echo, it can make things repeat motions.

Team Hearth (HRTH), led by Hazel Finch. her glasses wearing partner from the initiation, and two others.
Team SABL
Team Sable (SABL), led by Silas Reed, the quiet water semblance user from the initiation. plus two others.
Team GRNT
Team GRNT: pronounced Garnet. Leader Garrick Moss, Raine Sterling, Nolan Tock, Terra Vance. A team of first years a the newly repaired Beacon academy. Under the mentorship of team IO.
Garrick Moss
A tall a boy with broad shoulders and hair the color of dark moss, his expression open and earnest. Leader of team GRNT and a first year student like the rest of his team. He uses a heavy dust-infused maul. Close-quarters, front line focused. Semblance is he can temporarily harden his skin and gear. Like stone.
Raine Sterling
a girl with sharp, intelligent features and silver hair cut in a severe bob. Member of Team GRNT and first year student at the newly repaired Beacon academy. Raine’s the strategist and mid-range support. She uses a variable-configuration dustcaster. Raine semblance can create localized gravity wells—small ones, for tripping up Grimm or altering projectile trajectories.
Nolan Tock
a lanky boy with rust-colored hair and a nervous smile that didn’t reach his eyes. A member of Team GRNT and a first year student at the newly repaired Beacon academy. Uses dual pistols with retractable bayonets. Flanking and disruption focused. His semblance allows him to create afterimages, to confuse the enemy. Physically they don't do anything but they do follow his movements for a couple of seconds.
Terra Vance
a stocky girl with warm brown skin and her black hair woven into intricate braids, her gaze steady and assessing. A member of Team GRNT and a first-year student at the newly repaired Beacon academy. The teams anchor. Tower shield and short spear. Defensive formation specialist. Her semblance is Vibration sense. Through solid contact. She can feel movement in the ground, in walls. Tell how many, how big, how far. She can also dampen impacts. A little.
Senna
While she initially appears to be a standard Soul Reaper, Senna is actually the Shinenju—a unique being created from the collective memories of "Blanks" (souls that lost their memories while wandering in the Dangai) in a tragic story from ichigo's past she sacrificed herself to close the valley of screams. Afterward Ichigo carried her fading body to a grave she believes should have her name she thanks him before fading away as he stood there in the rain in silence. Because of being a Shinenju after she was gone all memory of her should have been erased. Everyone forgot except for Ichigo.
Kagerō
A female zanpakuto spirit. She take form of a silver wolf. She keeps her zanpakuto in it's sealed as a short katana in small sheath attached by a strap on her front right leg. Has bright blue eyes.
Rukia Kuchiki
She is promoted to the Captain of the 13th Division, succeeding her former mentor, Jūshirō Ukitake. After the events of the 1000 year blood war.
Renji Abarai
the hot-headed but loyal Lieutenant of the 6th Division in the Gotei 13. He’s easily recognized by his bright red hair (usually tied in a high ponytail) and the intricate tribal tattoos covering much of his body.
Tenjirō Kirinji
One of officers of the zero division. The royal guard of the soul King.
Kirio Hikifune
Kirio Hikifune is a former captain of the 12th Division and a member of the Royal Guard, holding the title "Ruler of Grain" She holds the position of Second Officer of the Zero Division as well as "Divine General of the South
Ōetsu Nimaiya
a member of the Royal Guard, holding the positions of Third Officer of the Zero Division and "Divine General of the West" As the creator of the Shinigami's Zanpakutō, who also forges every Asauchi himself, he is also known as "God of the Sword"
Kisuke Urahara
Kisuke Urahara is the eccentric owner of the Urahara Shop, a small convenience store in the human world that sells Shinigami items. Early in the series, he acts as a mysterious mentor to Ichigo Kurosaki. He is a tall, lean man with messy, light-blond (often described as sandy) hair and grey eyes. He is rarely seen without his signature striped bucket hat (green and white) and traditional Japanese wooden sandals (geta). He typically wears a dark green shirt and pants under a black haori with a white diamond pattern at the bottom.
Tessai Tsukabishi
a loyal employee at the Urahara Shop, though he is later revealed to be the former Grand Kidō Chief of the Kidō Corps in Soul Society. Physique: He is a very tall, muscular man with lightly tanned skin. Facial Features: He wears rectangular glasses and possesses a large handlebar mustache that connects to his long sideburns. Hair: His black hair is styled in cornrows. Attire: Early in the series, he typically wears a white muscle shirt, regular pants, and a blue apron.
Jinta Hanakari
a small, brash artificial soul working at the Urahara Shop, known for his lazy, bullying demeanor that hides a surprising dedication to protecting his friends. Physical Description: A small, young-looking boy with light tan skin, black eyes, and thick, dark red hair often worn in a spiky, triangle "top-up" style. Attire: He typically wears a plain white t-shirt with the Urahara Shop logo on the front and blue three-quarter length trousers with noticeably turned-up cuffs.
Ururu Tsumugiya
young-looking girl who works at the Urahara Shop alongside Kisuke Urahara, Tessai Tsukabishi, and Jinta Hanakari. Despite her frail and innocent appearance, she possesses immense spiritual power and physical strength, often catching allies and enemies alike off guard She has a youthful, small stature and is often seen with a perpetual blush on her cheeks. She has large, round purple eyes and long black hair with a slight purple tint. Hairstyle: Her hair is typically tied in long pigtails with pink ties. Two long strands of hair part down the middle and hang in front of her face.
